Heli-Logistics Ltd&nbsp;&nbsp;is an MD Authorized Structural Repair facility.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Structures\u00a0Department\u00a0\u00a0has\u00a0specialized in the\u00a0repair and\u00a0rebuilding of the MD 500 series airframe for over 45 years. Combined our engineers have over 100\u00a0years experience in MD 500 series aircraft. The delicate nature of the materials\u00a0that make up the aircraft skins requires\u00a0skills that only come with\u00a0years of experience. E.M. Heli-Logistics Ltd\u00a0 has\u00a0an MDHI approved\u00a0main frame\u00a0fixture, tailboom fixture and\u00a0all the special\u00a0tooling\u00a0needed to repair and rebuild\u00a0\u00a0500 airframes\u00a0in an efficient and economical manner. As well, Heli-Logistics has designed their own special rollover fixture, so that belly ribs and skins\u00a0can be accessed and replaced easily, thus reducing labour costs commonly associated\u00a0with the task.\u00a0<br><br>Our extensive inventory of airframes provides an alternate source of\u00a0 sometimes impossible to procure structures parts.<br>\u00a0<br>With the support of MD tech and engineering Heli-Logistics can rebuild aircraft that would\u00a0seemingly\u00a0be \u00a0beyond economical repair.
